2/3 to 1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch (3-4 if using frozen berries
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 cups raspberries (fresh or thawed frozen berries)
Double 9 inch pie crust
Place berries in large bowl. In a seperate bowl mix sugar, flour, salt together. Pour sugar mixture over berries and stir. Line 9 inch pie plate with crust. Pour berry mixture in crust and top with second crust. Seal crusts and cut air vents in top crust. Bake in 450 degrees oven for 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
