1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
9 oz container of Cool Whip, thawed
1 can cherry, raspberry, or blueberry, or peach pie filling
Beat cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until smooth. Stop the mixer occasionally and scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber scraper to make sure all the cream cheese is thoroughly blended. Add cool whip and mix again until well combined. Pour into the prepared graham cracker crust. Put in fridge for at least two hours until set. Top with your favorite fruit pie filling - cherry, raspberry, blueberry, or even peach!
