Scotch Egg

1 hard boiled egg
3 oz. spicy Italian sausage
1/2 c. flour
4 oz. egg wash
2 c. panko bread crumbs
1 oz. Italian seasoning

Place egg in flour and then surround egg in Italian sausage.

Roll egg and sausage in flour, and then roll it in egg wash.  Roll entire egg in seasoned panko breading to get a nice even coat.

Store in 4" half pan in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Deep fry egg for 3 minutes.
