Sesame Seed Bun
Two 3-4oz. beef patties, pressed thin
Chiffonade Iceberg Lettuce
2 slices American Cheese
Grilled Red Onions
Sliced Dill Pickles
Season burger patties with salt and cook on a flat top or griddle pan.
Butter bun and toast
Flip burgers and baste with BBQ Sauce.
Then place a slice of American cheese on each patty and allow to melt.
Stack patties on top of each other and top with pickles and grilled red onions.
Mix tartar sauce with cut iceberg lettuce and place on top.
