The Gilded Unicorn reflects our blend of classic and modern. We take ideas from old-school Classic American dishes from the 50s and 60s then reimagine them into new fashioned flavors that hit you in the soul. Every dish features high quality local ingredients. Instead of using just ground beef, mushroom soup, frozen tater tots, and cheddar cheese in our famous tater tot casserole, we use braised short ribs, scratch made mushroom cream sauce, Idaho tater tots and four-year aged cheddar on top of that. So it’s kind of like the same ingredients, but higher quality and created by award winning chefs, or as we like to say, Magical!
