Weinhard Café

Chef Rossi and his partner Vicki Sternfeld-Rossi have reopened the historic Weinhard Cafe in the charming city of Dayton Washington. They are delighted to serve the community simply elegant food in the heart of Washington’s Wine Country. Chef Rossi, born in Italy has traveled and cooked all over the world and spent the last few years teaching culinary arts at the Le Cordon Bleu and the Art Institute. Vicki grew up in New York and Los Angeles bringing a coastal perspective to the food and service.
