Geoduck Clam Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Washington State Geoduck clams, cleaned and trimmed
  • 1⁄2 cup d'Bali signature stir fry sauce (see below)
  • Washington grown onions, bell peppers, zucchini, sliced scallions, greens beans, broccoli, green bean sprouts

Directions

  1. Add a thin drizzle of oil to a heated wok or fry pan and coat the bottom thoroughly.
  2. As oil is simmering, add onions, then half of stir fry sauce (1/4 cup), then add geoduck.
  3. Stir geoduck and onion 35 seconds to 1 minute.
  4. Add rest of the veggies and the rest of the sauce.
  5. Stir another 1-2 mins.

Signature Stir fry sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oyster sauce (for vegan instead of oyster sauce just add 1⁄4 cup soy sauce)
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1⁄4 cup sweet soy sauce
  • 1⁄2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbs ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.

Notes

Easy way to clean Geoduck clam:
Open the shell carefully and blanch the geoduck 35 to 45 seconds. Then peel off the skin and cut.
